Job summary

ABPC Company LLC is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations and the facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and routinely service production equipment and plant systems to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, response to breakdowns, and the use of an ERP/maintenance tracking system to document work orders and parts. Strong mechanical aptitude and independent work style are valued traits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
Experience with industrial equipment and systems.
Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, bearings, air compressors, pneumatic systems, ovens, ventilation, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
Perform routine inspections to preempt failures.
Document work orders in ERP system.
Assist with installations and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.
Follow safety policies including Lockout/Tagout.
Keep a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
