Job summary

Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations in a food manufacturing setting.

You will use CMMS to complete work orders, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and support installations, upgrades, and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities in the maintenance tracking system.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Support root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a safe, organized work area.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to meet production and compliance requirements.
