Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Morristown, TN facility. This on-site, full-time role involves maintaining and repairing industrial machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation, with attention to preventive maintenance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with conveyors and motors, and the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

Experience with industrial machinery, conveyors, motors and mechanical assemblies.
Basic electrical/electronics troubleshooting and control panels.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, manuals and work orders.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Knowledge of safety practices including lockout/tagout and OSHA guidelines.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance logs/CMMS.
Effective communication and collaboration with supervisors and maintenance team.
Prior industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred; related vocational training beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and troubleshoot production line downtime.
Complete repairs or part replacements and document work performed.
Read manuals/blueprints and follow safety procedures in daily tasks.
Collaborate with production and safety teams to minimize downtime and improve quality.
