Job summary

Avanti Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and install production machinery on day and night shifts in Clarksville, TN. This role requires hands-on expertise with mechanical systems and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Certification in Industrial Maintenance (e.g., NIMS, HVAC) is a plus.
• Associate's degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to extend machinery life.
• Read blueprints and schematics to install or repair equipment.
• Ensure calibration and adherence to specifications for quality output.
• Comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and order parts as needed.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and assist with machine upgrades.
