Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical and operational aptitude.
• Ability to read safety manuals, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production or processing machines rapidly to reduce production lag.
• Assist with planning and execution of department tasks and work orders.
• Monitor equipment to support health, safety, quality assurance and efficiency.
• Respond to issues with recommended solutions and communicate resolutions.
• Communicate critical information to supervisor and management levels.
• Use hand or power tools to address machinery issues.
• Apply knowledge from disciplines like Mechanical, Welding, Instrumentation, Electrical as needed.
• Support safety procedures and ISO responsibilities.
• Regular attendance and adherence to supervisor directions.
