Job summary

Toray CMA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to repair or maintain equipment, machinery and facilities. The role covers electrical, mechanical, and welding maintenance, using manuals, schematics and codes to guide work.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, parts ordering, and coordinating with contractors. A technical certificate and hands-on maintenance experience are required, with potential shifts and safety training included.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with two-year technical/trade certificate; one+ year maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, blueprints; follow written procedures.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, machines, plant and facilities.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, electrical circuits and mechanical systems.
• Repair machinery per manuals and specifications.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures for production equipment.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and order parts as needed.
• Maintain records, operate plant utilities, and follow safety practices.
