Job summary

Techniplas, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain equipment across our facility. The role requires regular, full-time attendance (40 hours/week) and collaboration with all departments to meet customer needs.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient operation of plant systems. The candidate should have basic maintenance skills with experience reading blueprints and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and HVAC.

Qualifications

• Six months+ related maintenance experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and work with pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC.
• Able to do basic mathematics and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance at regular intervals.
• Maintain plant property, grounds, and handle storm/snow removal.
• Make pickups and deliveries for maintenance using company vehicles.
• Support boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, heating and ventilation systems.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency.
