Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable industrial maintenance work experience preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment (welding, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems).
• Experience using computers for documentation and record-keeping.
• Welding and machinist experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with industrial electronics (3 phase motors, motor controls, PLCs, drives, HMI).
• Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine causes of equipment breakdowns and fix within scope; escalate when needed with resolution ideas.
• Respond to work orders and unplanned maintenance during shift.
• Use hand and powered tools, testing equipment for breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
• Follow scheduled preventive maintenance and report repairs outside scope.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Close work orders and document equipment testing.
