Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years in an industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with electrical controls is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and manuals.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on drives, belts, fluids, filters, and lubrication.
• Documents work orders and activity in CMMS via mobile device.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical equipment including motors, PLCs, conveyors, and filling systems.
• Works with electrical systems from 5VDC to 480 VAC; reads blueprints and manuals.
• Teardowns and rebuilds gearboxes, clutches, actuators; fabricates parts as needed.
• Records damaged or worn parts and ensures safety and quality compliance.
• Trains junior staff on procedures and best practices.
