Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. in Mount Pleasant, IA is seeking a Maintenance Associate for 2nd shift (3:30 am – 11:00 pm) to support manufacturing uptime.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain plant machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems, and perform preventive maintenance. You will also operate forklifts, weld and fabricate metal parts, and coordinate with vendors to obtain parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3–5 years related maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Operate forklifts and other motorized equipment.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose root cause of problems with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components and PLCs.
• Perform routine, predictive and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Operate and maintain motorized equipment including forklifts and manlifts.
• Fabricate metal parts and perform welding as required.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory.
