Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Mount Pleasant, IA 52641 is seeking a Maintenance Associate to diagnose and repair plant machinery, perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, and ensure safety and reliability across operations. The role requires manual skills, PLC knowledge, and the ability to operate forklifts and lifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Minimum of five years related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose root cause of problem and correct issue with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components and PLCs in plant machinery and equipment
• Perform routine, predictive and preventive maintenance on all machinery
• Operate and maintain motorized equipment; use manlifts and forklifts
• Order parts and track inventory; coordinate maintenance with MRO and purchasing
• Maintain logs and participate in safety programs
