Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting is required.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for repairs/diagnostics of processing equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge and safe tool usage.
• Familiarity with VFDs and PLC systems is required.
• Welding/cutting using oxyacetylene is expected.
• Ability to install/repair electrical wiring and fixtures.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance for industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and hand tools.
• Perform rigging and safety-related functions as needed.
• Maintain electrical equipment to meet codes at various levels.
• Support safety and quality programs by following established processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
