Leggett Dynamics in Morris, IL is seeking a maintenance technician to service forklifts, hand trucks, and plant equipment while supporting facility upkeep and safety programs.

You will collaborate with management on new projects, follow lock-out/tag-out procedures, and perform preventative maintenance to meet ISO9001 and continuous improvement goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain forklifts and hand trucks
• Perform miscellaneous plant maintenance as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
• Work closely with management on new projects
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures
• Weld and cut materials as needed for repairs
• Paint walls, rooms and offices as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Follow machine and equipment manuals
• Complete prescribed preventative maintenance
• Commitment to ISO9001 and Continuous Improvement
