Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our growing team in the United States. You will troubleshoot and repair forklifts, conveyors, and industrial equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and document work in our CMMS system.

You'll work in refrigerated and ambient warehouse environments, operate power tools and welding equipment, and collaborate with teammates to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent trade school.
• Experience maintaining forklifts, MHE, conveyors, or industrial machinery.
• Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic computer skills for documenting work orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on forklifts, conveyors, MHE, and other equipment.
• Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, and other industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on refrigeration equipment.
• Assist with building maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Document completed work and update CMMS entries.
• Safely operate power tools, welders, cutting torches, lifts, and other maintenance equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.
