Job summary

ILSCi is seeking a skilled Forklift Mechanic / Industrial Equipment Technician to join our warehouse maintenance team. You will maintain, diagnose, and repair forklifts and related equipment to keep operations safe and reliable.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of forklift or industrial equipment experience, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic skills, and the ability to read service manuals and diagrams. On-site role with full benefits and a focus on OSHA-compliant maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing forklifts or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.
• Experience with electric and internal combustion forklifts.
• Ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and work in a warehouse.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on forklifts and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on forklifts and warehouse gear.
• Repair electric, propane, and diesel forklifts.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, brakes and steering systems.
• Maintain service records and maintenance logs.
• Conduct safety inspections and OSHA compliance.
• Replace worn components and support repairs on dock levelers and pallet jacks.
