Qualifications

• Two+ years forklift repair experience.
• Experience with LP Gas, diesel and electric trucks.
• Completed required training courses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to juggle priorities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Owns necessary repair tools.
• Certification to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service jobs with expert precision.
• Document and recommend additional repairs, and prepare customer quotes.
• Communicate with Shop Foreman/Shop Lead for technical issues.
• Attend service training classes to stay current.
• Submit daily paperwork including timecards and maintenance reports.
• Keep the shop organized and clean.
• Assist fellow shop techs as needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow policies.
