Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support Oxford Forge's operations. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and emergency repairs of mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, welding, and troubleshooting of presses and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in industrial maintenance, read blueprints, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

2–5 years industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Welding and fabrication experience encouraged.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in heat/noise conditions.

Responsibilities

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on production machinery and ancillary equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Install, adjust, and calibrate new machinery and equipment.
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
Collaborate with production teams on equipment performance and needs.
Assist in training junior maintenance staff and participate in continuous improvement.
