Qualifications

• Follow safety policies and regulations and perform maintenance with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain forging production equipment and support systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics for installation and repair work.
• Experience with precision alignment using dial indicators or laser tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain forging production equipment and related systems.
• Install, align, level, and commission production machinery; dismantle to diagnose issues.
• Repair bearings, gearboxes, shafts, couplings, and power transmission components.
• Perform precision alignments and diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic failures using schematics and tools.
• Maintain lubrication systems and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
