Job summary

Raise seeks a Maintenance Technician in Faribault, MN to support daily production by troubleshooting and improving control systems. You will repair and maintain machinery, motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and perform welding and machining tasks.

Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation is essential. The role requires experience with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical schematics, plus the ability to operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education experience.
• Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems and machinery.
• Repair and maintain motors, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Document maintenance procedures and keep records of modifications.
• Install and maintain process control instruments and associated sensors.
• Ensure safety rules and GMP compliance in all activities.
• Maintain equipment per a Planned Maintenance Program.
