Job summary

Bauer Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in the West Haven, CT area to diagnose, repair and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems across food processing and packaging equipment.

You will work hands-on, read blueprints, and use CMMS to document maintenance tasks. The role includes plumbing, carpentry and welding work, with a preference for PLC, VFD and sensor experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience Troubleshooting and Repairing Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic equipment.
• Hands-on with diagnosing and repairing Food Processing and Packaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate records in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Facilities Maintenance (Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting) and Grounds Maintenance.
