You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation. The role also involves diagnosing and repairing food processing and packaging equipment, updating CMMS records, and performing general facilities tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, painting and lighting maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair food processing and packaging equipment.
• Proficient in updating CMMS records and work orders.
• Capable of general facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting and lighting.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs and sensors; reading drawings/schematics.
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG/Arc).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose and repair food processing and packaging lines.
• Update and manage CMMS work orders and maintenance history.
• Perform facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting and lighting.
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, motors and gears; interpret blueprints.
• Welding and fabrication as needed to support maintenance tasks.
