Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong electro‑mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Self‑starter who is organized, dependable, and works both independently and with a team.
• CMMS experience or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and manuals.
• Boiler experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment per schedule.
• Diagnose and repair filling and assembly lines.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and system messages.
• Operate roasting equipment and HMIs.
• Work on ladders with hand and power tools for maintenance.
• Repair facilities items and general grounds upkeep.
• Assist line changeovers and setups.
