Job summary

Southeastern Container, Inc. in Winchester, VA is seeking a Flake to Pellet Maintenance Technician responsible for safe, reliable maintenance of the NGR flake-to-pellet system and related equipment to support continuous plant operations.

You will troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems; read manuals and schematics; perform preventive maintenance and report findings, while following safety protocols and coordinating with Operations and outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on the flake-to-pellet system and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose failures and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Complete work orders and maintenance reports accurately.
• Coordinate with Operations and technicians for startup and changeover.
