Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and safety rules.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely start, stop, set up, and operate the flake-to-pellet machine and crane system.
• Monitor feed and material supply to maintain continuous operation.
• Inspect finished pellets and perform quality checks.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
• Document production data, scrap, downtime, and other requirements.
• Report unsafe conditions and process deviations to leadership.
