You will support uptime and efficiency across manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role requires practical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.

• Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials (at least 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Inspect equipment and identify issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and implement effective solutions
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and technical documents to support maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance and efficiency
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as needed
