Job summary

QXO, Inc. in Riverview, FL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and keep facilities safe and reliable.

You will support uptime and efficiency across manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role requires practical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Inspect equipment and identify issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and technical documents to support maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance and efficiency
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as needed

What you'll do:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. Preferred Qualifications:

• PLC experience preferred
• Electrical 120, 480, 220, 24v preferred
• Pneumatic and hydraulic experience preferred
