Job summary

QXO is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, assemble and install equipment across locations. The role requires travel, independent work with minimal supervision, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while adhering to safety standards.

You will operate welding and shop tools, read blueprints, and apply 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience. A Machine Tool Technology Degree or similar certification is preferred, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Machine Tool Technology Degree or similar technical school certification preferred.
• Good working knowledge of shop manuals, mathematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, assemble and install equipment items.
• Weld/incidental metal work when repairing equipment.
• Travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain hand, power and shop tools, welding equipment, measuring instruments and special mechanical equipment and tools.
• Operate, maintain and transport trucks and trailers as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
