Job summary
TATEFAB in White House, TN is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fabrication and production equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues and support automated fabrication and CNC-controlled systems.

Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
- Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting automated or CNC-controlled equipment preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair fabrication and production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
- Support automated fabrication and CNC-controlled systems.
- Coordinate with outside technical vendors when advanced support is required.
- Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and 5S / 6S initiatives.
