Job summary

Wasserstrom Company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will work with management to identify repair needs and ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints. Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Intermediate computer skills; basic CMMS usage helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine service on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Document all work orders in the CMMS.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, setup, movement, and coordination of outside repairs.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings and follow safety procedures.
