Qualifications

• 1+ years of related industrial mechanical maintenance experience
• Vocational or technical training preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment
• Read and interpret work orders and manuals
• Collaborate effectively within a maintenance team

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Disassemble, replace worn parts, and test mechanical equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot.
• Maintain records and logs of maintenance activities.
• Install new equipment and utilities per specifications.
• Work safely and follow Smithfieldsafety policies.
