Responsibilities

• Electrical & Mechanical Repair: troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, motors, conveyors, switchboards, relays, and power distribution circuits.
• Diagnostic & Maintenance: locate root causes using schematics and tools; perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• System Operations: install conduit, wiring, component replacement, and test equipment for OSHA compliance and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: work with engineers and production to report metrics, logs and improve quality and safety workflows.

Join our site maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician! In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing machinery, electrical circuits, and mechanical equipment to support facility operations and plant uptime.

What You’ll Do

• Electrical & Mechanical Repair: Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, motors, conveyor systems, switchboards, relays, and power distribution circuits.
• Diagnostic & Maintenance: Locate root causes of electrical/mechanical failures using schematics, diagrams, and precision tools; perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• System Operations: Execute conduit installation, wiring, component replacement, and equipment testing for safety, compliance (OSHA), and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineers and production teams to report shift metrics, maintain logs, and improve quality and safety workflows.
