Job summary

The role focuses on electrical and mechanical repair, OSHA safety compliance, and continuous improvement by coordinating with engineers and production teams.

Hourly rate Day Shift: $31.47–$41.41; benefits start day one, including 401(k) eligibility and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Trade school or associate degree in industrial maintenance or journeyman-level experience.
• Root-cause problem-solving mindset to identify why equipment fails.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automated manufacturing machinery and electrical circuits.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, switchboards, relays, and power distribution circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety/compliance (OSHA).
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve quality and safety workflows.
