Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a premier client in the Newark, OH area. This direct-hire role offers a first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $30-$35 per hour.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, and transformers. PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley) and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree/technical cert preferred.
Minimum 5 years' mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Basic electrical troubleshooting and ability to read schematics.
Experience with auxiliary facility equipment (chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers).
Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on facility auxiliary equipment (chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers).
Monitor, inspect, and test fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems.
Assist with installation projects and facility modifications.
Report to the Maintenance Supervisor or designated manager.
