The role involves maintaining hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems up to 480V, reading manuals and blueprints, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures while you contribute to continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proven troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, heights, and confined spaces with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Maintain hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems (up to 480V).
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks.
• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Ensure safety standards and plant procedures are followed.
• Support installation and improvement of machinery and processes.
