Job summary

Aerotek in Arden Hills, MN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to service and maintain medical manufacturing equipment, including automation gear and robotics. The role requires gowning for cleanrooms and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The position is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a daytime shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and a pay range up to $32/hr, with comprehensive benefits and onsite work. Experience in industrial maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Log maintenance activities according to quality control procedures.
Set up, configure, and program equipment for moderately complex production tasks.
Calibrate tools and devices to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for servicing.
Assist engineering teams with mechanical and electronic tasks.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery efficiently.
Execute equipment repairs and adjustments to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
Log maintenance and repair activities following internal quality control procedures.
Set up, configure, and program manufacturing equipment for moderately complex production tasks.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and ensure consistent operation.
Conduct internal calibration of tools and devices to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for equipment servicing.
Assist engineering teams with technical tasks involving mechanical and electronic systems.
