Aerotek in Circle Pines, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and keep production operating at peak performance. This role emphasizes electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on a variety of production systems.

You'll join a stable manufacturing team that values hands-on problem solving, preventive maintenance, and a commitment to safety and reliability. This is a first-shift, permanent position with company-provided tools and solid benefits.

Competenze

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of motors, drives, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls.
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
Experience with welding, HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, or machining is a plus.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused maintenance culture.

Mansioni

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility.
Perform maintenance on production machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems.
Service overhead cranes, conveyors, silos, HVAC systems, motors, belts, filters, and other critical equipment.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Maintain, repair, and improve both legacy and modern automated manufacturing equipment.
Partner with operations teams to quickly resolve production issues and keep lines running efficiently.
