Job summary

Core Linen Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for daily scheduled and unscheduled repairs, preventative maintenance, and rapid response to equipment issues across the laundry plant.

You will monitor conveyors, overhead rail systems, and belt-driven equipment, maintain logs, coordinate with engineering, and uphold safety procedures including lockout/tagout. Team-oriented and capable of clear communication are essential to ensure safe, efficient operations

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate tools and equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Experience with maintenance of mechanical drive and conveyor systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
• Performs daily and non-scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Maintains maintenance log and notifies supervisors of downtime impact and resolution.
