Acloché LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Sedalia, MO operation, 2nd shift. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, with emphasis on precision alignment, diagnostics, and preventative work using CMMS and manuals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, can read complex drawings, and operates safely in a team environment while driving continuous improvement and reliability excellence.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience required.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repair.
• Proficient in CMMS and documentation practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Maintain facility equipment including air compressors and HVAC systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain machine tool systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Read drawings and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Use precision tools to verify alignments and perform laser alignments.
• Provide maintenance updates and CMMS entries.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Support safe rigging and material handling.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production loss.
