Job Juncture is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. You will leverage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair precision machines, using manuals, schematics, and CMMS to document activities.

You will perform preventive maintenance, align machinery with traditional and laser methods, monitor oil, vibration, and thermal data, and work safely within a team focused on uptime and continuous

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, hydraulic schematics, pneumatic diagrams, mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings and schematics.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify and correct machine alignments.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and status updates.
