The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. The role requires extensive experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus proficient use of CMMS to document maintenance tasks.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and manual machines, robotics, and facility equipment, reading schematics and drawings to ensure optimal performance and safety. A strong focus on uptime and teamwork is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and safety focus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs on CNC and manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC and cooling systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Consult manuals and vendor resources to diagnose issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify alignments.
• Perform machine alignments using laser and electronic methods.
• Identify and repair industrial pump systems.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and track activities in CMMS.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance procedures.
• Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production interruptions.
