Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is assisting a Sedalia, MO employer in finding an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift. You will perform precision mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance on CNC machines, robotics, and related equipment, using CMMS for work orders and reporting.

You should have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, be able to read manuals and drawings, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CMMS and reporting maintenance activities.
• Strong safety, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC and robotic machinery.
• Maintain facility equipment including HVAC and pumps.
• Install, troubleshoot, and service machine tool systems.
• Read drawings and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Use precision tools to verify alignments and perform machine adjustments.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and provide daily status updates.
• Respond promptly to downtime to minimize production impact.
