Job summary

Randstad USA in Burlington, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a first-shift role in a 35,000 sq ft facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery, fiber lasers, welders, and finishing lines while prioritizing safety and quality.

A strong team player with 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience is preferred. The role offers a stable day shift (8 AM–5 PM) with competitive pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, machinery repair, or a precision metal fabrication environment.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and motor controls.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred; forklift certification and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Preventive, routine, and rapid-response maintenance on CNC machinery and related lines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Assist in shop floor equipment adjustments, refitting, and parts fabrication.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to support production.
• Ensure maintenance complies with OSHA, ISO 9001, and safety policies.
• Perform basic facilities upkeep including electrical/plumbing troubleshooting.
