A leading, family-oriented manufacturer with 64 years of success—is seeking a self-driven, team-oriented Maintenance Technicianfor our state-of-the-art, 35,000 sq/ft facility.
What You’ll Do
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, machinery repair, or a precision metal fabrication environment.
- Technical Knowledge: understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and motor controls.
- Equipment Experience: Prior exposure servicing CNC machines (Haas, Hardinge, etc.), lasers, press brakes, or automated finishing/coating lines is highly desirable.
- Certifications
- OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Certification (Preferred).
- Forklift Certification & Safety Training.
- Skills & Abilities
- Proficient with hand, power, welding, and diagnostic troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals problem-solving capabilities with a high focus on safety and precision.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
- Machinery Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive, routine, and rapid-response corrective maintenance on CNC machinery (milling/turning), Bystronic fiber lasers, panel benders, press brakes, spot/TIG/MIG welders, and industrial powder coating/epoxy lines.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns to minimize machine downtime and maintain tight production schedules.
- Fabrication & Shop Support: Assist in shop floor equipment adjustments, component refitting, and parts fabrication (grinding, spot welding, cutting, hardware prep).
- Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to supply machinery, move production materials, and clear scrap metal across the shop floor.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to OSHA standards, ISO 9001:2015 quality frameworks, and company environmental/safety policies.
- Facilities Maintenance: Perform basic facility upkeep, electrical/plumbing troubleshooting, and routine upkeep of shop tools and auxiliary equipment.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, machinery repair, or a precision metal fabrication environment.
