Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift in Pineville, NC. The role pays $30.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to keep production equipment running at peak performance. Required: 5+ years of machine maintenance experience, strong reading of schematics/blueprints, and teamwork with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Electronic maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics/blueprints.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.
• Machine parts using lathes, mills, grinders, and press tools.
• Maintain PM, machine repair, and OSHA records.
• Enforce LOTO and install machine guards.
