Protolabs in Minnesota (Brooklyn Park) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment reliable and efficient. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and support installations and upgrades.

You will also work on continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate on complex repairs, and contribute to safety, quality, and production goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical school or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, experience with motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.

Mansioni

• Perform scheduled maintenance on machine tools including cleaning, lubrication, filter changes, belt replacement, adjustments, and basic repairs.
• Become more proficient with complex repairs as required.
• Complete occasional CAD projects within Facilities and maintenance departments.
• Assist with CMMS program implementation and maintenance.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards in the department.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization.
