Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to protect and optimize production equipment and plant facilities. You will troubleshoot complex systems and perform preventive maintenance during a hybrid shift (Mon-Thu, 5p-3a) to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance, strong reading of schematics, and a safety-focused mindset. You will work within GMP and 5S frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Training or experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Fluid power, Machining or Welding.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and electrical testing devices.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and sketches.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and building systems.
• Support production and equipment to reach optimum capabilities.
• Establish root cause analysis on equipment failures.
• Support projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to 5S and GMP compliance and safety policies.
