Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Comfortable working at heights and in a physically active environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including tape measure use).
• Strong commitment to safety and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Work across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Support continuous improvement of equipment reliability and performance
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and uphold safety standards
