Pretium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day shift operations on 12-hour cycles at our St. Louis facility.

You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and assist with general building upkeep. Candidates need 2+ years in industrial maintenance, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a willingness to work 12-hour shifts with overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
