Job summary

A manufacturing facility in the St. Louis area is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join its three-shift team. The role emphasizes electrical, mechanical, and controls experience with hands-on equipment troubleshooting and uptime improvement.

Positions involve PLC programming, schematic reading, and building/repair of control panels. Competitive hourly pay is offered, with shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts and overtime based on needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, controls, and industrial automation.
• Associates degree or technical education in electronics, industrial technology, PC technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and ladder logic.
• Work with Allen-Bradley controls, sensors, servos, relays, switches, and other automation components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and circuit drawings.
• Troubleshoot PC-based controls, networks, I/O, and operating systems.
• Perform advanced CNC diagnostics involving servos, controllers, and encoders.
• Build, wire, program, and troubleshoot control panels and systems.
