Job summary

Jobot is seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians for an established manufacturing plant. You will maintain facility equipment and systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize production.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in industrial maintenance, hands-on PLC and robotics experience, and welding capabilities. Knowledge of 480V 3‑phase systems and reading schematics is required; SQF familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs and robotics.
• Experience with 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Arc).
• Ability to read engineering schematics for electrical/pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with powered lift equipment preferred.
• SQF knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on facility structures, production machinery, and utility systems.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance per schedule.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems to reduce downtime.
• Install, maintain, and repair production equipment.
• Maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Keep fleet and material handling equipment ready.
• Identify equipment upgrades and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and comply with regulations.
